Question 1

How long does the staging installation process take?

Accepted Answer

Once our crew arrives on site, the installation is typically completed within 4 to 6 hours. We do all the heavy lifting, styling, and final accessories placement, leaving the property photography-ready by the end of the day.

Question 2

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We serve the greater metropolitan area, providing staging and styling services directly to your property. Please contact us to confirm coverage for your specific address.

Question 3

Is there a minimum length for staging?

Accepted Answer

There is a minimum of 60 days for home staging. You may extend every 30 days for an additional $850.

Question 4

What is your deposit and payment structure?

Accepted Answer

To secure your staging date, a $500 deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance for your staging package is due on the day the installation is completed.

Question 5

What is your return/cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Since all staging is booked and customized for your property, cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled staging date will receive a full refund. Please note that for the protection of our inventory and professional setup, all staging bookings are final once the installation begins, and no refunds or returns are available thereafter.

Question 6

What if the buyer wants to buy the furniture with the house?

Accepted Answer

We offer complete furniture buyout options! If the buyer loves the staged design, we can provide a customized purchase proposal for some or all of the furniture pieces.

Question 7

What happens when I don't need this anymore?

Accepted Answer

Once your property is sold or you no longer need the staging, simply contact us to schedule a destaging date. Our team will arrive to carefully pack and remove all furniture and decor.

Question 8

Can I request custom adjustments or stage additional rooms?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Step 2 allows you to add standard spaces like the Family Room, Office, or Patio. If you have custom requests (like double master suites or dining room seating for 12), you can submit your details in the notes section or use our contact form for a custom quote.
